Most of us spend a huge part of our lives at our workplace.
Whatever happens in our work life has an impact on our family life and our leisure-time.
Wherever people are together misunderstandings, misconceptions, prejudices, difference of opinion and conflict arise.
Habitually we react to offense by counter offense. Offense, bullying, lockout, strike or other battle actions leave wounds, mistrust, stress, poor life quality and occasionally illness.
We seem to have a tradition for loading problems untreated with and unsolved to our rucksack.
Eventually the rucksack becomes so heavy that we tilt.
Once again it is recommended to solve conflict as early as possible, as close to the source as possible and at the lowest possible level.
There is no common sense alternative to an arrangement agreed upon by the parties involved. See conflict solving design, conflict preparedness or partnering . |
